We have had a couple customers have trouble loging into our website, creating an account, and shopping with the shopping cart feature.  I think I have figured out why this is happening.  It seems that our customers with older versions of Internet Exlporer are having these issues.  Once they updated their browser, they were able to shop on the site just fine.  I have brought it to the developer's attention and they have not been very helpful in trying to resolve this problem.  Unfortunately, this is out of our hands.  Because we have spent so much time and money setting up our store through BigCommerce, we are unable to just move our entire site over to another company.  This has been a very tough and disappointing problem for us.  I am hoping they will get enough complaints from other webstores using their services to force them to correct this problem.  For now I am going to add a link for the FREE update for Internet Explorer and links to download Firefox and Google Chrome.  These are also very good FREE web browsers.  I hope this will work in the meantime, until the developers fix this issue.  I apologize for all the inconvenience this has caused some of our very valuable customers.
