Please note...we are not wanting to make any additional profit on shipping charges.  Due to our lower prices...our orders have gotten significantly larger.  Unfortunately, paper scrapbooking supplies can get heavy...we must ship International Priority Mail.  Because our prices are so low...order weight adds up quickly...a $200 order from  your local scrapbooking store might only cost $50 in our store...so our orders can end up being a lot of different items....therefore, we are now shipping all Canadian orders Internatinal Priority Mail and charge per box.  At checkout, you are charged for the first box, if additional boxes are necessary,you will receive a money request for additional shipping.  A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any cancelled orders.

Out of Stock Policy

- Because we deal in closeout inventory, we purchase very large quantities of each item.  When we start getting low in a product, many times we may end up out of stock on an item when it still shows up on our website.  If we are out of stock on any items we will send out a refund to your original form of payment for the amount of the out of stock items.

Return Policy 

All product can be returned unopened (unless defective) within 30 days of purchase. A 10% re-stocking fee is added to each returned item, and will be charged at time the credit is issued minus original shipping fees. 

Shipping Policy

All orders ship through United States Postal Service.  Orders will ship in a box, photo mailer, or bubble mailer depending on the size, weight and shape of the items.

     United States Shipping Fees

          All U.S. Orders will ship for a flat rate of $7.95

     Canada and All Other Countries

          All Canadian orders will ship for a flat rate of $32.95 PER* Priority Flat Rate Box.

          All other countries will ship for a flat rate of $47.95 PER* Priority Flat Rate Box.  

          Box measures 13-5/8" x 11-7/8" x 3-3/8".   

           *Shipping price quoted on website is the rate for only ONE box.  If additional boxes are necessary, an additional fee will be requested before order is processed.  A 20% restocking fee will be charged to any cancelled order because we have to add each item in the order back into our inventory system. Please consider all of these costs when placing an International order.  If you would like to have your package insured this will be an additional cost depending on the destination, size, and cost of your order.  If you would like to request insurance, please send an email to orders@scrapsforless.com and we will send you a quote and bill you for the insurance if it is available.  Not all Countries are able to purchase insurance.

Out of Stock/Back Orders

Due to our heavy volumes, at times an item may appear in stock when it is actually out of stock.  If an item is out of stock, we will credit your original use of payment for the item that is no longer available or try to make an acceptable substitute.  Because our items are heavily discounted, we are unable to fill any backorders.
